Greetings from the GalleyIt's been my pleasure to serve the members and their guests of the St. Croix Yacht Club. St. Croix is where my heart is and it's been remarkable to return to the Club after seventeen years of absence. Those years were filled and continue to be filled with managing Spring Creek Ranch in Jackson Hole, Wyoming where my husband, Stephen and young sons Wyatt and Stevie split their time. It's a blessing to call both places "home". Wednesday night dinner buffets can be very lively with a different menu each week, posted a week in advance for sign-up. Friday nights is our "bistro night" and we always have complimentary happy hour hors d'oeuvres and the best drink prices on the island. Sundays we always have brunch items like eggs benedict, omelettes and pancakes along with our regular menu; it's a perfect spot for pre-Buck Island dining. Catering, whether on site at the Club or off-site is done with pride and professionalism. We can cater a small dinner party, a Buck Island picnic or a fundraiser for 500. I've spent thirty (yikes) years in the food, beverage and service industry and every affair or event gets undivided attention. The galley staff makes it all happen and Kate King Diaz, our manager, is incredibly loyal to the relationship we share with the Club and it's members.
